How to Vote Early
All voters can now vote early either in person or by mail-in ballot.
This can be done in three ways.
The first two require
applying for a mail-in ballot.
This can be done right now.
The application can be made online by clicking here.
To successfully complete the form online, you will need your Virginia Driver’s License Number and Social Security Number, in addition to answering all the questions correctly.
Note: All applications must be received by Oct 28.
If you cannot complete the application online, you may print an application and complete it at home and mail, fax, or deliver the completed application to the office of the General Registrar (see below).
To download and print a form to mail in (click here).
Mail to: 528 Waterloo Rd, Suite 200, Warrenton, VA 20186-3011.
You may also request an application by calling the Registrar at

Mail Ballots will begin to be mailed out on Sept. 18.
After you receive your mail ballot please complete it and submit it in either of two ways: by mail or by bringing it to a special dropbox located in the Registrar's office. This should be a fast dropoff and will require no personal interaction with the staff. But do wear a mask.
