about The FCDC as well as campaign and community updates. This privacy policy has been

drafted to demonstrate our commitment to protecting yourprivacy.

We are required by law to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, name of

employer, and location of employer for any contributions tothe FCDC.

We may also receive and share information with candidates, The Democratic National

Committee, The Democratic Party of Virginia and various governmental agencies as required by

law.

We may also use information on registered voters obtained from the State Board of Elections.

This is specifically limited by Virginia law.
